The detail and technique is glorious. The beautiful muted colours in ochre and burgundy remind me of a Renaissance piece and you can almost feel the texture of the fruit. A beautiful piece for a kitchen or dining room. It also has a lovely old wooden frame. It looks beautiful hanging or placed on an easel.
